1. Scope

workbot is a personal automation tool used by a single person to publish their own videos to their own social media accounts. It has no users other than its operator, and it does not collect data from anyone else.

2. What data is handled

The tool stores only what is needed to upload videos to the operator’s own accounts:

• access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok to the operator’s account;
• the video files created by the operator and their captions.

No personal data of any other person is requested, received or stored. No data about TikTok viewers, followers or other accounts is collected.

3. Where data is stored

Tokens are kept in a local configuration file on the operator’s own computer. They are never shared with third parties, never sold, and are not sent anywhere except to TikTok’s own API endpoints.

4. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept only while the integration is in use. They are deleted when the operator removes them from the configuration file or revokes access in TikTok account settings. Revoking access in TikTok immediately invalidates them.

5. Third parties

The tool does not use analytics, advertising or tracking services, and does not transfer data to any third party.
